Oil Mist Collection combined with Air Conditioning System

This installation has been made in a Lathing Department, where Oil Mist suction could not be made directly on Machines. The results are amazing as can be seen with the oil being collected in the Bottle within a few days only. The collected Air is recirculated in the Air Handling Unit for Energy Saving purposes.

Centralized Oil Mist Collection

This installation has been made in an Air Conditioned Grinding Department, with a Network of Round Duct collecting the Oil Mist on 24 machines. The collected and still cooled Air is being blown back in the Workshop at a rate of 10,000 m3/h and is absolutely Clean and Oil free.
